OKWU Men's Soccer in NAIA Tourney Thursday
Elite Eight time for OKWU men’s soccer on Thursday.
The Eagles are trying for another Final Four berth under head coach Jamie Peterson. Wesleyan earned a dramatic come-from-behind win over Baker on Tuesday evening, 2-1 in double-overtime.
The Eagles take on William Carey out of Mississippi at 4:00 Thursday afternoon.
Head coach Jamie Peterson says his club has relied on defense most of the season to a 22-1 record.
The Crusaders are 14-4-3 on the season. William Carey beat Indiana Wesleyan on Tuesday in PKs, 4-3.
The match at 4:00 and the rest of the NAIA event for men’s soccer will be at the Stryker Soccer Complex in Wichita.
